Office 365 Outlook Connect

Create Outlook Room Resources

If you haven’t yet created the rooms on the Microsoft platform, do the following:

  1. Log in to https://admin.microsoft.com/
  2. From the Admin Centre find the Resources > Rooms & Equipment page
  3. Select "Add" then complete all of the room or equipment fields
  4. Select "Save and Close"

Map Outlook and COERO rooms

Log in to your COERO Dashboard. Make sure that you created your rooms in COERO. If not, visit:

Then do the following:

Choose SETTINGS (top navigation), then OUTLOOK from the sidebar navigation.

Select "yes" from under the "activate service" dropdown and press on the "Grant access" button.

Log in with your Microsoft Administrator Account to accept the required permissions.

Return to the COERO portal and once again press the "Grant access" button.

Microsoft portal will open again. COERO will then ask for permission to access calendar information in order to sync events. Accept permissions to proceed and complete your connection.

The last step is to now link your COERO room to your Outlook room through the dropdown (found under SETTINGS > OUTLOOK).

🎉🎉🎉 Done! COERO now syncs room booking between your Outlook 365 calendar and the COERO web dashboard and room displays.
