GSuite Setup Guide
If you haven’t yet connected the GSuite with COERO on the GSuite platform, do the following:
- Log in to https://admin.google.com
- From the Admin Centre find the
Security > API Permissons > MANAGE THIRD-PARTY APP ACCESSpage
"Configure new app"then Select
"OAuth App Name or Client ID"
- Enter following
Client ID:117040391158529592334in search field and then press
- Select again our
OAuth Client Idand press
- The last one, you should set App access to
Trusted: Can access all Google servicesafter that press
- After successful setup you will able to see
COEROin you Apps
Map GSuite and COERO rooms
Log in to your COERO Dashboard. Make sure that you created your rooms in COERO. If not, visit:
Then do the following:
SETTINGS (top navigation), then
GSuite from the sidebar navigation.
"yes" from under the
"activate service" dropdown and press on the
"Grant access" button.
Log in with your GSuite Administrator Account to accept the required permissions.
COERO will then ask for permission to access calendar information in order to sync events. Accept permissions to proceed and complete your connection.
The last step is to now link your COERO room to your GSuite room through the dropdown (found under
SETTINGS > GSuite).
🎉🎉🎉 Done! COERO now syncs room booking between your Google calendar and the COERO web dashboard and room displays.
